Incoming Rate: This is the usage rate for incoming calls including listening to outbound messages, leaving messages, listening to voicemail. This rate is also charged for Call Back message delivery, Paging and Fax Back.
Forwarded Rate: This refers to calls that are call forwarded to you as well as use of the card less calling card. Note: We connect two calls to create a forwarded call, thus, each forwarded call reduces your prepaid minutes by 2 minutes for every minute of usage. Set Up Fee: There is a one time set-up fee of $25.00.
Non-Prepaid Plans: You will be billed 6.9 cents per minute for incoming calls and an additional 11.3 cents per minute for connected calls. These minutes are billed in six second increments. You will be billed once a month, unless you go over 70% of your initial deposit ($25 for credit card customers and $100 for check paying customers). If you go over 70% of your deposit, you will be billed the following Friday for your call charges only.
Additional Minutes: Minutes in excess of your plan minutes are charged at the rate shown for non-prepaid above. If you go over your prepaid minutes, you will get an invoice the following Friday for call charges only. International Rates: Your prepaid minute plan does not include international calls. Please see the rates below for international calls.
1. These prices do not include your per minute usage. You must either pick a prepaid minute package below, or pay as you go.
2. Prepaid minutes apply to calls to and from any of the 48 contiguous states; AK, HI, and PR. Minutes expire on the anniversary date of the prepaid plan and are charged monthly along with the monthly rental.
3. When the caller is connected to you, this is considered the "live-rate" and you will be billed 11 cents a minutes in 6-second increments.
4. This is the monthly cost for your usage only. You will still have a monthly system rental.
