100 Unique Extensions

There is no limit to how long each recording can be. Each extension will give your caller three ways to take action.

You can load a unique fax-back document onto each of your 100 extensions. Your caller can then request a fax by dialing 6 from any of your extensions. At this point, your caller will be asked to enter his 10-digit fax number, and we will fax whatever document is loaded onto that extension. This is great for floor plans, maps, flyers, testimonials, free reports, and more!

Your caller can dial 7 from anywhere in your voice system to speak with a live representative. At this point, your caller will be placed on hold with hold music as we attempt to locate you on the list of numbers you provide. These follow-me numbers are easily set up on your WebLINK personal Internet control panel.

Your caller can choose to remain on the line to leave a message after listening to your recording. All of your messages will be conveniently left in one mailbox with an indication of which three digit extension they originate. You may check your messages from any computer in the world by logging onto your WebLINK personal Internet control panel. You can have your messages delivered directly to your e-mail address as an audio attachment, or if you’re out in the field, you can always call in to your toll-free number to check your messages!
