Five series of "Mirrored Extensions" allow you to easily track marketing effectiveness, while keeping your system set up and maintenance at a minimum. Mirroring allows you to record a message and store a fax in extension 121, for example, with that recording and fax automatically available in 221, 321, 421, and 521. You will have the same listing in all five extensions (121, 221, 321, 421, and 521); however, the first digit will indicate whether the person called in response to your advertisement in a magazine, postcard, newspaper, flyer or radio. Our Powerful Statistics Package allows you to see how people are moving through your voice system and how many "hits" you've had on each of the extensions.
